Why do polymer & delay+ look so different? and how to rebuild the delay+ inside the grid?

tried to do something more "conventional" in the #Bitwig grid. It´s generating diatonic chords, stepping up/down fourths, new root notes, rhythms, inversions and modulations every 4 or 8 bars. Its Grid only + #SoundtheoryLtd #Gullfoss & #NewfangledAudio #Eelevate limiter
Lets create a new small self running generative patch, step by step in Bitwig Studio 4.2.
I am hereby trying to replace my old series "gridniks" with a new one. Instead of presenting you with finished grids, I'd rather show you how I build them and what you can do with them afterwards. So also a kind of zero to something tutorial series. I think you can get quite a bit of knowledge and information out of it. The projects will of course be available as downloads.
nice, simple and non-diatonic. rotate around the circle of fifth and create interesting non diatonic chord progressions with this note grid trick.

I revisited the problem of note octave wrapping with this free Bitwig 4.2 preset. Create automatic inversions with only allowing notes in a certain note range and transposing notes outside of that range.

XO by XLN Audio is actually a nice sample browser that works neatly together with #Bitwig or any other daw. Watch the video to get a small workflow tip about how you use it as a pure sample browser.

i think i should use audio pitch & loopers more in some of my grid patches.
This patch generates new sequences every 4bars. There is also a bit of documentation in the patch to explore. If you have questions, let me know!
40 min of grid patch building and adding tracks to create a start of a song.
Metallic bells & objects loops. 13 loops all 120bpm and in Cmin. Put it in the sampler or chop it up and use it as a starting drone/phrase loop.
new generative video (and patch for download). I added some hardware synths to the mix later in the video, and jammed a bit with the knobs 😘

Tuned to frequency ratios. drum sequence, pluck sequence and a bell sound plus fx in the Bitwig Grid. By tuning some parameters, you can morph it from plucky and rhytmic to mystic & atmospheric.
"Mega" means, it´s 2h long 🤣

Some Moog DFAM fun this time. All samples/loops are unprocessed recorded in 32bit 48k.
